"We had a very good stay, staff is very polite and lobby smells good upon entering, we always booked on this hotel whenever we are in cambridge."

"This is a very tasteful hotel, based in three buildings, and with a feeling of simple luxury. All the staff are very nice and helpful. My room was lovely, and the bed was excellent. Two tiny notes: the boat lock on the room door did not function, and one of the window blinds had a broken slat. These are trivial issues, but perhaps the management should know."

"Emma greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very helpful and added if there was anything we needed please let her know. The room was clean , beds comfortable which gave us a great nights sleep. Bathroom was very clean as well. The room made me feel like I was home! I would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!"

"The check in Person(Mark) was a delight. He was quick getting me checked in and has such a great personality. Definitely made me feel welcomed. The hotel was nice and clean. I loved that the shower was larger and the water pressure was really good."

Still didn’t work, so I had to go back down. I finally asked them if they could just let us in the room for now while they figure this out. They agreed to do that, but then the woman started helping another person that had gotten there after me. She wanted to check to see that his keycard was working since mine wasn’t. Okay? Can...

"Check in was incredible. The room was awesome. Dinner was great. There were a couple of problems but they were quickly remedied. We plan on staying again. Awesome stay."
