"The staff were terrific. The bed was firm for us and they provided us a mattress topper which was perfect. The chocolate chip cookies were a very nice treat. The breakfast was the best we have had at any hotel. The manager needs to be complimented and we will return."

"I stayed at the Sierra Inn for a full week and it was a lovely, cute little spot. I was working remotely, so I spent a lot of time in my room which was perfectly sized. The nature surrounding the establishment was beautiful and I enjoyed the 2 minute drive to the downtown Whiskey Row area. You feel like you are in a remote area, but at the same time you are so close to everything!"

"Be patient with property manager she is short staffed and is doing everything on her own. Communicate with her before making reservations with Expedia she doesn't live in property and they close at 8 pm so out of respect for her be there no later than 730 pm so she can get home to get her family. She works 7 days a week from 8 am -8pm. Communication is key prior to your arrival. "

"This was a great spot. Clean, convenient and easy. The condo is close to downtown and you can walk to get coffee in the morning or to dinner at night. The host responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. Would stay again. "

"Good location, central to restaurants and lakes in Prescott. House was clean, yard was fenced which was good for our dog and kids. Bethany was quick to respond to any questions I had."
