"Great location and very clean room. I had rm 203 with balcony overlooking the ocean. Perfect! Picture from my balcony. I stayed 2 nights as I explored/drove the coast from Barcelona to Valencia. I found a small cove with a beach to swim, walking from the hotel. Relaxing. Decided to stay on my return Valencia back to Barcelona and pleasantly surprised with included breakfast. Only thing missing was a small refrigerator in the room. "

"I was too anxious when i booked at this property then read the reviews. I was worried that my family will not be comfortable and won't enjoy our holidays. "Wonderful property with nice swimming pools and activities for the kids. The camping would be excellent if the service level would be in line with the quality of the resort. Service in restaurants is really poor. They are understaffed and most of employees (except Hector!) are inexperienced and not really motivated. Although I reckon it has a cost, the impact on the overall customer experience is huge so I would definitely invest just a bit more in service level. It is really unprofessional to...
