"When we arrived at the facility we found out that there was no hot water due to a gas leak that had caused the entire Tupelo area to not have any gas service. While this was not the fault of the facility it would have been nice to have had that noted on the booking info since the gas service had been unavailable for several days."

"I was disappointed to book the property specifically for the pool area only to find out I can’t even relax near the pool on a 80 degree day because it wasn’t their “pool season”. They advertise the pool as an amenity but that wasn’t true for me. Tub faucet leaks. Bathroom door doesn’t lock. Everything else was fine. "
