Housekeeping could have been a bit better, as used cups and glasses in the room weren’t washed or replaced regularly, and toilet rolls weren’t replenished until there was about 5 sheets left!. "It's new but not finished. Lots of little things that need attention. the patio door would not lock, plug in the sink did not work, bin bags not in bins, kettle would only work in certain sockets. Fixture and fittings are all to a high standard, shower hot and powerful. Noise from next door was quite loud so soundproofing wasn't the best. Bed was comfortable, pillows were good. For the money it was very good. "

"very clean hotel. We were half board and found the plenty of choice and really good dining room staff. Lovely pool area BUT pool did not open until 10 am whick is a very bad point in our view. This needs to be addressed as there was a lot of people complaing about this."

"Couldn’t find our booking at check in. Hotel had taken money from my card but denied it. Dated hotel, filthy carpet, noisy, air conditioning didn’t work, unhelpful staff, was like going back to th 60s. Avoid !"
