"The renovations for this hotel were a great surprise! I loved the easy-to-clean flooring (no carpet) in the rooms! The room was clean which is my #1 concern. I loved that we could do a 1-night stay as our schedule didn’t allow for more. It was a convenient drive to Gunstock and the kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The woman who worked at the front desk was such a sweet and welcoming person! She was very accommodating and friendly!"

"This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is ok. Same food everyday. We stayed a feel nights so I went out and bought English muffins ( they had white toast and sugar muffins ) cheese, hot sauce and precooked bacon. I was making my own egg muffin daily ! They have 24/7 hot coffee /hot water. That is a plus. There is a pool that my husband enjoyed. There is no jacuzzi. "Staff very friendly and helpful but not always there. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable. Strong odor of chlorine immediately upon entering which was not pleasant. A bit expensive for what it offers (no bar or restaurant) but very convenient to Gunstock. "

"This hotel allowed somebody to fraudulent use my information and use my win key cash to obtain a room. They never asked for ID or asked her for a credit card which that’s their requirement. I would stay clear from this hotel. I’ve been fighting with him to get a refund they keep saying it’s not them. It has to be hotel.com. No, they can easily refund it but they refuse because they know they are wrong and don’t want any to admit it the wrong."
