"A great place to stay clean tidy good food friendly staff"

"Beautiful buildings situated in fairly remote location. Very pleasant, helpful staff, comfortable, well equipped rooms. Beds are comfy but disappointed to find its 2 singles combined as i lay in the middle and got the seams. Delicious food and well stocked bar. Plenty of staff despite hosting a wedding the evening we stayed. Would 100% recommend"

"Nice clean for someone on a budget no shops near by if your someone who doesn’t drive 15 mins walk to West Bromwich town Come prepared nice hotel it’s my go to now when visiting West Bromwich "

"The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I stay at this hotel regularly as it’s a great location for the Merry Hill shopping centre and nightlife. My only negative comment is the hotel is a little dated. They’ve recently added plasma TV’s to the room but removed a big mirror to put the TV. The TV in the room this time kept turning itself off which was really annoying. Also the QR code for the food menu wouldn’t work and there are no menus in the room anymore. "

"Depends on the price . Whatever you get quoted add £10 for car parking charges. Otherwise other basic hotels offer overnight parking for £1.60 at Southwater. This was a weekend stay and was a great location. Walkable to train station and shopping centre and huge car park. The onsite pool and steam room and sauna are a great bonus for the morning after a great night out."

"The hotel looked tired but it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice for all tastes. The pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus. "
