"We enjoyed our stay for our anniversary! We like to have coffee in our room from the in room coffee pot and ours was missing but they replaced it with a different one. Our mini fridge didn't work as well but we didnt make a big deal of it."

"We left an electric in the room and the receptionist was kind enough to let us go back up for it. The breakfast was a little sad. The front sign being out made it a little hard to see the turn off from the frontage road. "

"My family and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Houston for the first time and we were thoroughly impressed with all the amenities. The valet service was exceptionally quick in retrieving our vehicle. The hotel itself was stunning, and we were very pleased with our overall experience. "We have a splendid stay for my son’s birthday celebration. The Oasis Water park is a top notch. We love the heated pool, slides & lazy river. They also have various dining options, including in-room dining and on site restaurants. Food is delicious, not disappointing at all. I particularly enjoy their 24 hours gym.
