"Stayed five nights with husband and two teenagers. Chose due to spa facilities which were excellent. A short Uber ride from the Old Town. It was January so hotel and other restaurants on the complex were quiet so only had a pre dinner drink in the hotel before heading to Old town for dinner. Hotel staff were friendly and informative. "

"I loved how this was right outside the bus and train station, and also the mall with all the restaurants. It is in a very convenient location and very easy to check in to. My single room was very clean and comfortable, and throughout my travels back and forth to and from the east, I will most likely stay here considering it has everything I need, and the train station is literally right there. "Extremely nice property if you like cleanliness and luxury in a very quiet setting. Good food, great wine, great service. Only drawback it is not in the center but not a problem once you figure out the outstanding Krakow public transport. It will cost you 4 zlotys to get to the center in 10 minutes. "

"A very comfortable triple room with the double and large single beds in different sections of the room (U shaped room), meant we had a good separation and yet family room. Amazing customer service. Awesome breakfast meant we started our days off on a full stomach!"
