For Hotels/Expedia Help, had to first go through AI Chat, then some unhelpful chat with a guy named "Christian" who disconnected me without my problem being resolved but did give me a "1-800" number to call. The call was awful, had to go through many unrelated menus...

The owners were great to work with, very attentive and helpful with any questions/ inquiries we had. Plus being right on the waterfront is a gorgeous way to spend the mornings! And as a group of college alums, we loved having a bar area with darts to play. The spacing of the house was perfect with plenty of room for everyone in the group. Highly recommend...
