"The only option available to book was the part of the lodge that was not updated. We asked for an upgrade at checkin but they were not able to accomodate. Instead the front desk staff provided free breakfast for our stay which was very generous. Loved my spa booking and the staff in the spa. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We got the same server, Willi, at both breakfasts. He was so nice and made it a pleasure. Everything needed was onsite. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! "

"My family had an amazing restful weekend at the Mt. Pleasant Lodge. The cabin was very spacious and clean, the beds were so cozy and the basement playroom kept the grandkids busy and happy! We enjoyed the pool house, hot tub and gathering around the fire pit at night. I highly recommend staying here!! "

"Rose was lovely to work with. Believe her when she posts that she provides coffee,tea, sugar,etc. - Middlehaven has a "Coffee Bar" fit for a five star hotel! Several 12oz bags of high-end coffees pods in several flavors. The appliances are all top-notch and there are plentiful cups, glasses and dinnerware for a crowd.
