"A lodge style cabin in a beautiful setting. You feel like you are far back in the woods yet you are not. We ordered pizza for delivery from Kings and it was delicious. Due to the time of the year we did not take advantage of all the outdoor space but hopefully another time. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could ever want as far as dishes and small appliances. The indoor pool was a great bonus. The house was clean and beautiful. The layout is nice, we could all be together around...

"This hotel is awesome for the price we paid. We wanted a pool, a hot tub and breakfast and those were all pretty good. The pool was warmer than many other weve stayed in and breakfast was good with both attendants being super friendly. The swimming pool was not the clearest or cleanest but nothing to slow kids down. Our room was a hotel room and nothing special. It smelled like there was a bar of soap in the heater to make it smell nice. Overall it was great for the $100 we spent for a Saturday...

"This place is like paradise. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Good breakfast choices, the eggs actually looked and tasted like real eggs. The pool was warm and very relaxing after a long day of hiking. All the staff we encountered were friendly. Cannot wait to go back. "

"Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and shower. We enjoyed our stay at Buxton. Easy walking to all of the interesting restaurants and stores on the main street and to Dennison. You need to understand that this is a historic facility. If you are on the 2nd floor, no elevator. They could also make it easier to find an open plug for CPAP and recharging your phone. The included breakfast fell a little flat. Overall, however, I am very happy to recommend this inn. "

It was a WHOLE experience!

"I was excited to head to the area for some hiking but I waited late to book a spot. I was thrilled when I found this adorable cabin. Tammy was awesome at staying in touch as I had questions before arrival. Then we got there! We were greeted on arrival and warmly welcomed! We were invited to join a lovely bonfire already going and the hosts included us in the whole evening. We spent the evening eating one of the best meals I've ever had among folks that treated us like long lost friends. I can't say enough. The Cabin was perfect for what we needed. Warm. Clean. The bed was great. The bathroom cabin is easy to use. AWESOME for the price. The hospitality was unmatched in ALL of my travels. And we walked away with new friends. "
