"The room was eye appealing and truly comfortable and clean. All necessary when i travel with my kids and grand babies. The staff both days were very welcoming, respectful, and kind. I value that. "The check in was easy. The front desk attendant was very nice. The hotel was clean. Parking lot was well lit. Hallway and elevator was clean and quiet and smelled freshly cleaned. "We made our reservation the “night of” our need to stay and most other hotels were booked. This was the last room in the vicinity. I was glad to have a room! This was a smoking room and when we walked in we could definitely smell it! We tried to turn down the air hoping the cold would make the smoke smell not as strong. "My stay was surprisingly good for a hotel that is somewhat dated and should be refurbished. My only complaint is that they did not have any gluten free items for breakfast. I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express hotels before and they did accommodate Gluten Free. This hotel did not and that was a serious disappointment."
