"We were greeted with a warm smile and a welcome, which was great. I feel there are many times staff are on auto pilot and barely making it through a shift. Check in was quick and easy. We were able to pre register on our phone which was great.The room was clean and layout was nice. We had a double queen room which had a large armoire for coats, entertainment center with dresser drawers below, desk with chair, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. "We stayed at Monona Hilton for a gymnastics meet. The convenience of the skywalk was much appreciated. Signage to the hotel was not great. It’s difficult to find until you are right there. The underground parking was confusing, but workable. The restaurant was a bit fancy. I think guests would be better served by a more causal dining experience. The pool was small but nicely heated. All in all, a good stay."
