"It was a very nice room - comfortable bed, nice view. My only complaint was that there was so much heat coming from the ondol floors that I was woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The front desk said to turn the AC on. It's really wasteful to have the heat and AC on to control the temperature, especially in late November."

"우선, 화장실에 전기코드가 없음, 그런곳은 처음봄, 간단한 조식이 무료라고하여 아침에 이용하였는데 제대로된 커피도 없었고 양도 모자라 나중에온 사람들은 먹지도 못하고 갔습니다. 차라리 조식을 안하느니만 못하는 수준입니다. 저희뿐만 아니라 다른 이용객들도 조식을 보고 당황스러워하였음... 이게뭔가 싶었고 투숙객들 농락하는것같았음... 비추천합니다. 룸에 머리카락도 많았고 제대로 청소가 안된것같습니다. 그렇다고 프로트 데스크 서비스도 좋은것도 아니고 다음에는 전국 브라운 도트 호텔 모두 이용하지 않기로 마음먹었습니다."

"모텔을 개조한 것 같습니다만, 가성비는 정말 좋습니다. 아침에 주는 도시락은 나름 먹을만 하네요."

"청소 상태가 안좋았어요. 바닥이 미끌미끌하고 변기 등 화장실 상태가 안좋았어요. 화장실 휴지도 채워져 있지 않아 불편했어요. 엘리베이터는 없고 방음도 안되네요. 위생 상태만 괜찮으면 저렴하게 하루밤 정도 이용이 괜찮겠지만 위생 상태가 안좋아 이용이 꺼려지네요. 가족 여행 간단히 1박 하려고 갔는데 가족들한테 한소리 들었네요;;"
