Seems that there is something impacting the experience as the amenities were downgraded (slippers as an example) after my previous visit and as an example the sauna's are not heated as much as they were used to. There was a smoking room next to the reception which was good as it was always snowing outside. TV only had American news why no bbc world service & the sport channel only showed skiing. would return to this hotel."

Staff were friendly and attentive..... Breakfast was fantastic. Great selection of hot and cold food. We also used the pool, sauna and steam room. Perfect way to relax after a day exploring the old town. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay one to remember....."
