"This is a luxurious hotel in the city served by excellent staff. The rooms are massive (ITC One), well appointed with excellent facilities and air-conditioning. The staff is always willing to help and ensure customer satisfaction. The pool is easily accessible and so is the gym. The bed is massive and they have a variety of pillows to order. Any request is attended to immediately. The breakfast at Madras Pavilion is massive and well stocked. "

"Staff are excellent. Breakfast was good but would have been very good if they have variety. Air-conditioner was too cold in the room and when turned off all the walls and floors are moisturisering and water everywhere. They changed us to level one room which was perfect. Overall good experience and visit again. "

"Amazing property. The room was well appointed and the bed large and convenient. The best was the staff particularly the lady who checked us in. Shame about the metro work outside - ruins the atmosphere. "

"Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, lots of complementary drinks and food (high tea/mini bar), pool is excellent and very clean. Excellent air con, rooms are massive and kept very clean. Food very good and good variety, nice mocktails. Would highly recommend, best 5 star hotel I have stayed at so far.
