"We liked the freshness and cleanliness of the property. Need a kettle in the kitchen. Didn't like the box telling us we HAD to clean our kitchen in departure. We didn't like the pressure the reception staff were put under when checking in and out guests. Ridiculous to expect 2 people or even one on check out to do all the paperwork, it should be automated like Premier Inn. People were getting annoyed and rude which could be avoided. "Do not follow your GPS or else you will find your car in the desert down a wagon trail. After we pulled ourselves from the arroyo, we asked the locals where the place was and it was extremely easy to find with their directions. Wonderful staff and historic location. Cabins were rustic and comfortable. No indication of coyotes or Native Americans!"
