"Apartment was great size with everything you need the beds are comfortable, the only issue I have is that the shop on site doesn't have hardly anything you need or choices and you can not go in you have to order everything online and it can take a while for example when I ordered 2 bags of crisps 6 eggs and some croissants it was available in 2 days time, not good also nats and mosquitos are quite a problem, pools are great "

First off: if you arrive by var, there is an entire gated area belonging to the hotel where you can park your car in the shade of olive tree (most hotels in this area only offer right spots which are difficult to get in and out). Our balcony overlooking the lake was breathtaking and waking up next morning to a rich breakfast buffet got us going for a day of exploring..... only to relax later on by the beautiful hotel pool. "We had some problems of a foul smell in our bedroom but the staff was very attentive and did everything they could to help. When the issue couldn't be resolved, they switched the rooms. Everything we requested was taken care of, we were very pleased with the service."

"Can’t believe this hotel is rated a 2 star, it’s fabulous and only a short stroll away from Malcesine centre. Despite it being next to the main road we didn’t find it too noisy especially at night. Rooms are spacious and clean, the bonus is the swimming pool. We highly recommend it and hope to return next year. "

"The staff of Hotel Jolanda was very friendly and helped us with a few questions we had on the area. The room itself is on the smaller side and a bit old but the bed is very comfortable. The view from the hotel’s terrace is wonderful. Having our breakfast there was the best part of our short stay at the hotel. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to try out the pool but it looked very refreshing!"
