"Love that the hotel was pet friendly! Great customer service and very clean and comfortable! There were definitely unhoused people on the street in front of the hotel, but the Bay Area is so expensive that anyone could be unhoused at any time. There was nothing threatening about it and there was a security guard at the gate at night. We stayed for 3 days and had no problems at all!"
