"was there for a wedding at the Pen Ryn estate which is less than 2 miles away. Great location- staff was super friendly. Only bad thing is were room 254 right next to the elevator that made a horrible noise everytime the elevator was used. "

"When I checked in for some reason Expedia had me for an accessible room, Which I did not select when I made my reservation. When I got there at 9:00 I was told there was no accessible room for me available. Can you imagine if I needed one and they had given it away. I tried to ell the check in person, but he was too busy on his phone to listen. Then he have me two beds in a room. Then he told me my card was declined, which I knew it was not possible. He said it was a third party card. I asked...

"The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and nice. The room was to be a non smoking room but smelled like smoke and there was a burn hole in the comforter. Temperature was nice. The remote to the tv didnt work. The fridge was good sized. Room was clean."

"The hotel lobby needed cleaned and rugs are dirty and old so I was really worried about what the room looked like but i actually found the room to be much better than the lobby. The room was clean for the most part and the bed was comfortable. My advice would be for the hotel to train the housekeeping staff and update the lobby and your ratings will go up"
