"The manager whilst seemingly polite was inattentive and did not check the room booked was available. Offered alternative room that was not suitable but we had no choice but to take it. I was offered a refund but it was not forthcoming and still hasn’t been received. "

"Room was very good. Spacious and with good facilities. Unfortunately breakfast is started late at 8 a. m and as we are travelling an earlier start at 7.30a.m would be better as the service was very slow. We arrived at 8 and did not get a hot drink until 8.20! No croissant or fresh pastry just a bun in a packet to accompany the bread and ham/cheese.. A little disappointing. "The front picture is the thermal baths, not the hotel. This said, as a 2*, it is great. Close to the ski lift and the town centre. Could not be located much better. The manager and staff were fab too. Very helpful. The bed was a bit hard for me and the pillows not great. But this may just be me. My partner was fine. Highly recommend. "
