"Great for a stop during travel around, very centric in town, don’t have to walk around too much. Not luxury or new but convenient and the owners are nice and accomodating, safe parking!"

"This is a property, that like the owners, is past its best. No buffet breakfast, its given to you on a plate. No self service coffee. Room decor is poor at best. Human hair on carpet tiles and skirting boards in room. Didnt bother staying for the second night."

"Check in was so simple, staff were amazing and helpful at each interaction. The restaurant was busy with the Tour being in town but the staff were brilliant. Food was awesome too. Definitely worthy of more than a couple of stars. "

"Overall very good. Father & son ski holiday. Pros Ski in and out excellent facility with excellent storage for ski gear - once you work out where to enter off the slope. Simple clean spacious if not dated decor. The flat has a nice layout and you can spend a week here comfortably & contrary to other reviews reception is very helpful (esp Anna) when its open. Cons Constant cigarette smoke come through the kitchen and bathroom vents. I had a blocked nose throughout, really unhappy that my 11 yrs...

"We stopped over one night, we had a wonderful sleep and the owner was very friendly. The views are amazing. It is old style hotel otherwise all was pleasant for our stay overnight."

"This is a nice place. The owner was incredibly helpful when he learned that I had lost my luggage on the bus. He called the bus company to ask them to help find it. And I enjoyed talking with him about the local area, which he knows a lot about. "

"A charming hotel with good parking facilities. The room was superb and very clean. Very convenient for the town. If you have heavy baggage, this hotel might not be for you as there isn’t a lift. Ask for one of the lower floor rooms. We were on the third but our bags were light so not an issue. Overall, a great stay and one we would recommend."

"Language barrier could be issue. It’s a simple accommodation but the food in their dining hall is good. "

"Really nice one. Peacefull and well mainted. i arrive after midnigh and leave early in the morning and i was easily arrange everithing with them. Bed was perfect and i rest very good. Room is clean, towels are nice and I am very satisfied."

"Bel hôtel avec un charme ancien mais rénové pour beaucoup de confort. L'accueil et le service sont impeccables, que ce soit pour l'hébergement ou le restaurant. "Excellent value and location. We were hikers looking for a decent hotel for one night and this hotel was perfect. The room at the back of the hotel had a great view of the citadel, which was a bonus. The rooms are being renovated so I have no doubt that this will be an even better place to stay in future.
