"We stayed 2 nights at the Grosvenor for the first and last night of our 14-day cycling holiday. Staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Moreover they went out of their way to help us. First by allowing us to store our bike boxes, second by providing us with a bucket to clean our muddy bikes when we returned and third and most importantly helping us to catch our plane on time.
