"The facility is adequate with a working elevator, clean and well-appointed lobby, nicely decorated interior, and average rooms. There was no air conditioning and it was getting hot in Osh. We had requested an early arrival and reserved and paid for a junior suite, but none was available when we arrived. "We had a very comfortable stay at the Rayan Hotel. Breakfast was abundant. The hotel is close to the large park and government buildings, making it an excellent location to stay in."

"Classic old style 1970s Russian hotel. Very basic rooms. No restaurant. Pool only partly available due to refurb work. Some staff excellent, others truly awful. Breakfast (nothing hot) ok for local market but not for visitors and asked for room number repeatedly."

"We where transiting through Osh on our way to Dushanbe and I have to say it was a pleasant surprise and a very nice stay at Level hotel. The hotel looks newly renovated, very clean and comfortable with exceptionable service. We arrived late at night, around midnight, but still we had pizza and drinks in our room 15 minutes later. I will definitely use this hotel again if we are ever in Osh. "
