"I read a lot of reviews before I booked. This hotel had a high rating and lots of great reviews, which is a good thing. However I was a bit taken back because I think I was expecting better facilities. I want to give an honest assessment of our experience. The customer service is great! Lots of smiles and attentiveness. The airport shuttle was a super amenity that was run quite efficiently. (FYI: Taxi’s are very expensive, so the shuttle was much appreciated!) "Check in was easy. Little wait but the staff can’t control that. Our room wasn’t ready even though it was 8pm and we were the last to check in but they comped us for the wait. The staff was very nice and friendly. Room was bigger than i anticipated! "

"They are remolding the entire hotel while open. So the hall ways smelt light paint but not overwhelming, I didnt mind. Rhe biggest down side ia the hot tub qas broken so that sucked! The bed was so comfy though. The shower door didnt really close all the way either and the calkimg was already molding. So who ever installed there new plastic shower didnt use bathroom calk. Other than that the breakfast was decent as well."
