"Convieniently located just outside of downtown but still walkable if you're so inclined. Close to the springs and Garden of the Gods. Across the street from Mo's Dinner for a great breakfast. The hotel itself was a bit aged but clean and we got a great deal. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. A great find. "

"The view was amazing; the room was clean and the bed felt nice; there were various options for breakfast; great location; and staff was nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the sound of the plumbing throughout the building, you could hear when someone flushed the toilet."

"The place is a bit no frills but with thought anf comfort. I love the staff, the cleanliness, the size of the rooms and the amenities. Breakfast is simple and satisfying. I would stay at this location each time I come to Colorado Springs. The price is right! "
