"The front desk staff really went above and beyond to make my stay special, and we're so extremely friendly, considerate, and always cheerful. I've been in Korea for 6 weeks, in 5 different cities with stays in 11 different places, and the staff at the Hotel Wooyeon Flora are the absolute best customer service team I've encountered here. "Staying in a 300-year-old traditional house is indescribable. You have to experience it! If you want to get out of the bustle of Seoul see some history and Catholic pilgrimage sites, this the place to stay. You will not get a better experience any place else! The hosts will take good care of you and see that you are comfortable. I look forward to my next visit!"

"As of summer 2024, this hotel is basically brand new place. Everything is excellent condition and seems well maintained. One minor issue was the odor from the bathroom. If it not being used multiple hours, a sewer smell is filling the bathroom. I mentioned the problem to the manager, and he admitted the existence of sewer pipes design. Hope they can find a solution soon. Other than that, I enjoyed staying there during Boryeong mud festival."
