"Automated check-in can be problematic. After registration, did not receive email to advise of room number or pass code. Unable to gain access and stuck in foyer for some 20 minutes. Fortunately member of staff appeared who was very helpful. Have stayed in France B&B Hotels before and know what to expect. "Excellent hotel, recently refurbished. For that price, amazing large, comfortable room, well laid out and well decorated. The owner is really nice and friendly. You can leave your car on the parking spots in front and join the city center by tram. I highly recommend this place."

"The bathroom was tired and had a bad smell most of the time. The bed had sunk in the middle so you rolled into it all the time. Second night we had to sleep diagonally to sleep at all. Breakfast was fairly good for France but lots of crashing of plates going on in the kitchen. Good location for catching tram to Strasbourg and helpful staff. "
