We called Expedia almost eight times, and no one helped us until we found Pedro Gonzales from Expedia. That young man was very special. He helped me solve my problems like an angel from God. Technology is difficult when you're my husband's age and mine. I hope to find many more Pedros like him, and Expedia should take this man as an example.
