"Reservé una habitación para 4 personas con dos camas tamaño Queen. El pago fue procesado normalmente y recibí mi comprobante al correo electrónico como de costumbre. Sin embargo, al presentarme al hotel la recepcionista me dijo que el hotel no trabaja con la página hotels.com y que no tenía ninguna habitación para mí. Yo le mostré la página de hotels.com donde en efecto aparece el hotel y ella aun así negó que las habitaciones del hotel puedan contratarse de esa forma y me repitió que no tenía...
