"Fabulous,cosy and comfortable stay."

"I enjoyed my brief stay at St Mellion’s. The staff were welcoming and the hotel was clean and tastefully decorated for the festive period. The bed was huge and the bathroom had plenty of towels and handwash/shower gel etc. Although there weren’t many gluten free options on the restaurant menu, the staff were helpful and made me a GF steak and chips which was perfectly cooked. The cooked breakfast was all GF and a very generous portion. I would definitely stay again. "

"Always use the Future Inn Plymouth when visiting family in the South West as hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. I did feel that the hotel was lacking a bit of TLC, certainly in the rooms, this time. My “special request” regarding my room allocation was not met on this occasion. I also had issues with finding a parking space on the first 2 nights of my 3 day stay, which I haven’t experienced before. However, I will continue to use the hotel for future stays as it meets my requirements."

"Room was a double but small and toilet too close ro wall in bathroom"

"Front desk were helpful and friendly. We paid for a superior double. The room was really drab and had strange twin headboards mounted on the wall that didn’t sit over the bed. When we complained we were moved to a better room promptly. The hotel is def outdated and a bit rundown but the staff were pleasant and the room was clean. The plug socket blew out and killed our phone charger. We probably wouldn’t stay again. "

"The room was fantastic. But could do with a few bits of maintenance. (Towel holders could do with being reattached. That sort of thing). Lovely old building, but the room was lovely and modern, with great features. Nice grounds and great views. Nice swimming pool. But the changing room was really cold. Pumping cold air in there wasn’t ideal. The only part that let it down was breakfast. We were greeted by a lady who looked like she didn’t want to be at work. She took us to a table set for 2. We...

"Ignore the negative reviews the hotel was excellent. We arrived to find ample parking and the positioning of the hotel was perfect with a walkway right into the harbour area. The hotel looks like it has had a fairly recent upgrade and was in good condition. We had a nice room with a king size bed and view over the harbour area. Plus the room had a minibar and tea and coffee facilities. Had dinner in the Jetty restaurant the first night which was good washed down by a nice Sicilian Pinot Grigio....
