"The stay was good. However there were several groups there all at once. We were there for a roller derby tournament, then there was a wrestling tournament, and a basketball tournament attendees were all there. It was very busy and chaotic at times. A lot of kids around and parents not making them be quiet and respectful to other guests. I had a lady call me and ask me if my children were jumping. I didn’t have “children” there. It was 10pm on a Saturday night. I understand quiet time, but...

"Check-in was to be as early as 3pm…we showed up a little after 330pm & they needed to check on if a room was clean & finish up. After a short wait we were checked in & our room was very clean & presentable, no issues. We had housekeeping knock on our door at 9am, check out is 11am.
