I was told I would have to pay $40 to check in early. Please don’t tell me my room is ready online if you aren’t going to let me check in until 3:00 anyway."

"Brayden was great at check in. The guy after him was very rude. Wouldn’t even give his name. The pool had 15 grown adult men drinking 6 packs of cokes beer. Two kids in the pool. I asked the customer service rep to ask the grown folks to exit pool drinking. He said it’s not his business. Very disrespectful. I feel he only did it because they were all the same race. And I wasn’t. My kids couldn’t get in the pool because the space was took and overcrowded by grown drunk men. "
