The pillows were very dated the main beds were comfortable, but the room that “accommodates four” the second bed is the equivalent of a pullout couch mattress. "Perfect for my one night trip to Turin, in a great area for transport (trains, trams and buses) as well as walkable to key areas in the city if needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but do recommend some patience if you don’t speak Italian. Room was clean and exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed and facilites as expected. "
