"I stayed in room A-2, near the office area. In my special instructions, I asked for 4 extra pillows and I would check in after 6pm. We arrived just before 7pm. The night manager greeted us like we were thieves. We told him (my Thai g/f) we wanted to check in. I gave him my passport and reservation booking number. He stood there asking for money. I told him and showed him i had paid. Just go look it up to see my booking # and information. Did he go to the office... no...he kept saying he...

"Basic is ok sometimes but this was very very basic. No fridge, kettle, cutlery. Everything in the bathroom leaked and kept us awake. The parking lot was a pile of stones."

"Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)"

We were then told that the rooms we had booked were all sold and all we could do was to accept some garage like rooms. The beds were rock hard, aircon didn't work and there was no hot water in our shower, my mother in law mistakenly left her watch in the room when we out, it wasn't there when we got back and no-one had seen...
