However, there is no management to guide the young staff left alone to run the hotel.....there is also more to be done on clearly stating the local activities and prices....the restaurant menu, especially lunch need to be a more varied if you are staying for more than two days. Airport pickup is chaotic and overal management needs to be improved."

"Not too user friendly when you have to lugged 2 pieces of 23kg luggage’s and 2 pcs 7kg luggage’s. Room was on the 2 floor. Had to lugged my luggage’s from the entrance up stairs and in snowing weather. The owners were very helpful in fetching us to and from the airport and Santa Claus village."

"It was a wonderful stay. Manuel is so Nice! The place is walking distance to City center to take buses! Near a supermarket and a shopping mall. The kitchen hás many facilites and the owner leaves coffee and tea as courtesy. Bathroom very good with shampoo and so! I Will be Back for sure!"
