"when we arrived, at 7 pm, there was no receptionist. we were given a different room than what had been required and the person in charge (waitress) couldn't help much as there was no receptionist available. Given that the hotel for that day was fully booked, they should have a person in charge to support customers."

Had a walk around the area- not many people or cars - very peaceful. Not a massive breakfast selection but nice enough . Staff very pleasant and very helpful. Room clean and comfortable.
