"Got a good deal (according to the prices advertised within the actual room, would not have been happy to pay 286 eur per night!!!) and was very basic, as expected from the price. Good points: heating works very well, actually had to open balcony windows to cool down after switching it off. "This is a wonderful place to stay in the Alpuharra. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and incredible views. The couple who runs it are sweet and kind and considerate. We had dinner and breakfast there which was delicious with all fresh local fare. The property has a nice pool overlooking the mountains. There is a 10 min trail down to the town which has good restaurants and lovely shops. Highly recommended! "

Accessto building is close to a garage repair business but we could not hear anything so no worries. Short walk down the hill to the town and opposite is a great park which is handy as we have a dog. "Went with my 5 year old son - ski trip. Located quite far from the main square, so had to drive there every day. Room was clean and warm. Very basic. No duvets, just blankets. Dinner was excellent - proper home cooked food. Lots of choice. Breakfast - OK. Nothing warm. No meats or cheese either. Croissants, toast, cereals. We were on a half board basis and to our surprise we got given a packed lunch: basic baguette sandwich, nuts and a drink (coke/fanta/aquarius)."

"Es un sitio muy agradable. Luis el dueño es muy simpatico y atento. Las casas estupendas y muy bien equipadas. Lo unico que no me gusta es que lo veo un poco peligroso para niños pequeños, si tuviera una valla de proteccion seria estupendo. Por lo demas totalmente recomendable"
