"This was my second stay at this hotel in two years, and it was the same, rooms are dated, but clean, and comfortable. They have been saying they are due for a renovation for awhile. I was towards the back and used the back elevator as there is one on each side of building. I got a cookie (last one!) at check in while the staff member spent a few minutes finishing a call, but she was apologetic. I noticed in the morning, when I went to lower the temperature on the AC/Heating unit, that it did...

"The stay was great. The room was decent, but there were pubes on the bathroom ceiling. And something was biting my back the whole time. I didn’t see anything crawling or flying but by the time i left my back started itching and there were bites on my back and buttocks. No complaints otherwise. I have photos but they aren’t really family friendly due to where I was bitten. "

"Really nice, clean and quiet hotel. Good location right off the highway but a quiet area. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The only issue was the heater in our room was extremely loud and kept waking us up during the night. It sounded like a tractor idling in the room. "
