"Great location, next to MUA & the beach (secluded). Very clean room, not a single insect!! That's rare. Had a very good sleep assisted by gentle sea waves. I would like for them to invest in mini fridge. Other than that, highly recommended. "

"Lovely location in Saint Kitts central to the Frigate Bay area and walking distance from loads of restaurants. Beautiful gardens and well maintained properties - really an ideal place to stay - would highly recommend."

"Host- Janice is very nice, professional and knows the island of Nevis very well. I enjoyed the quiet, cute & cozy space. Full kitchen with A/C in bedroom, free to do your laundry on the property. Nice scenic drive to property, which is well maintained, clean and most importantly I felt safe. Definitely will return. Thank you Janice! "

"This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had! The views are even better than in the pictures and Quinn was so responsive, kind and even added personalized touches and goodies for us. A great, private neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It was very clean, close to the airport and right on the beach. Would 100% stay again! "

"If you want to stay like a local in St Kitts, then this place is for you. Very nice apartment in local neighborhood that was easy to get to and from with our rental car. Small store with basic necessities a 5-minute walk in the neighborhood and a large grocery store a 5-minute drive away. Host was very helpful and communicated constantly during our stay, even arranging taxi service for us when needed. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to St Kitts."
