"The location is superb. Everything is walking distance and all the top bars are within 3- 10 minutes walk. Met 4 staff separately, all are warm and hospitable. Bedsheet a bit worn out, but it's clean. Same as the toilet and room, don't look fancy but still clean. View with acropolis is kind of a surprise for me. But seems not every room can view that. The price is really budget. So there's some downside. 1. Next to a church which rings the bell every 30mins, yes, even at midnight, 3am, etc....

"Its the greek version of a low to average american motel. Clean, well placed and the staff are polite. Dont expect any greek xtras either in gifts or help. Well placed for major attraction and with ok soundproofing. Free breakfast but dont expect anythimg amazing i mostly stopped by the bakery next door instead. Many other restaurants close and subway tour bus area."

"Half price than other hotel that are like 500 meter away... Area have lot of homeless person hanging around but they do never bother you. The half price mean you have to walk in a Shaddy area, at night, I wasn't even bothering to be on sidewalk, I was walking straight in the street and felt somewhat ok. For half price of competition , it was worth the saving. Hotel was clean and service was good. Nothing to complain given the excellent price "

"Constantine is a great manager this is a family owned business. They strive to do the best they could. The rooms are not bad. Little tight/small. The breakfast was average but not bad. A bit far from downtown Athens. So what you pay to get back-and-forth would make a difference of staying in a better hotel or location. Cross the street. Beach was a little above average. Not bad. €20 per person to get in all in all you get what you pay for but the old lady at the front desk in the evening and...
