"Sewerage smell in the bathroom was so bad you could not be in there. Worst is they knew about it. When I arrived late the room door was left open and so was the window. I went out not realising how bad it was. It was too late to move anyway. In the morning the owner lies about not knowing about it but mysteriously already knew the room number even though he wasn't working reception. The place is a dump. It's disappointing to find this sort of establishment can advertise on hotels.com"

"Onsite parking was a plus in the city center. Also attendant was very helpful in finding good places to dine. "

"The people were very kind and helpful. There is little to no English but they used a translator app to communicate. The room is very basic with no extras, hair dryer, hot water pot, cups etc. However, it was clean, bed was comfortable and the cost is very good value. The place is in a local area which is still close to the city center (10 minute walk) where more action is for tourist. The breakfast has lots of pastries and drinks made to order. This is a nice way to start each day. "

"Nice hotel for visitors of Emilia-Romagna region. Close to Parma, Ferrari factory (in Maranello) etc. Clean. Good breakfast. Highly recommended!"
