"I like it, but I would change that in the common areas, you need to be quiet and can't talk. It was a little bothersome."

"Clean rooms, professional staff, and the location is prime both for transportation and for sights to see. Only negative was that they tried charging us for using the breakfast service more times than we actually did (we used it twice, but charged us for three times) and they added a minibar charge as well, even though we never used it. Didn’t like that. Thankfully, the concierge took off the charge, but it’s upsetting anything like that is even possible to begin with."

"The perfect location for a short stay in Madrid. Close to many landmarks and metro stations , walkable and safe. the room was small but clean and quiet, service was great . My favorite part was having the cafeteria with a basket of fruit available 24/7. Te morning bag with water and a pastry was also an awesome detail. Overall a great little place to stay, I would go there again."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Room Mate Óscar. The location is perfect, walking distance to the Gran Via, shops, restaurants and public transit. The staff are friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. "
