"All staff members - from front desk to housekeeping - were exceptional. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had and the restaurant was also excellent. Everything was spotless & in good repair. The only negatives were that 1) the rooms do not have mini-fridges; 2) compared to the US, they are extremely small; and 3) the hotel does not provide wash cloths. "1 min walk from Stockholm Central bus terminal. Although the room I stayed was compact and had no window, it was clean and comfortable for just staying a night. Amenities such as shampoo/body soap and hand soap were available at room. You can get boiled water if you ask at reception."

"Fantastic stay with great rooms, staff, facilities and location. The staff were super friendly and always there to provide the best possible service. The spa is amazing, with great facilities and perfect for relaxation. Highly recommend the hotel and worth having a front facing room to wake up to beautiful views of the city. "

"We had single rooms with no windows. Perfectly formed little room. Great as a base. Lounge was comfy. Breakfast was great. Catered for vegans and gluten free. The doors in Sweden seem to be heavy wherever you go so the bedroom doors slam quite loudly so you can hear people come back to their rooms at night. "
