"First off, I must say that Arpit (don't know if he's the owner or manager) is absolutely outstanding in helping with any information or anything needed for the room. The room didn't have any hangers and he sent those immediately. The room is not advertised to have electric kettle but on being asked he provided one with coffee/milk/sugar packets! "I started off in a tiny uncomfortable room like a boom closet with single bed even though I booked and paid for a non-smoking room with double bed many weeks in advance. Lights were dim or 'only for show'. I had to use my friend's bathroom because no hot water in mine. On the second of our 3 days I very firmly requested a better room and was allocated one.
