"A combination of this useless app and some idiot had placed the marker pin for this Hotel 150km away from where it actually is. So what a waste of money ! Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. Goes with out saying i will never use this app again, watch out !! If You have a genuine problem you can forget getting your money back !! "

"The room is nice and clean. Toilet & shower area is spacious. Restaurant breakfast selection is good. Recommend to have your dinner at the hotel as the food is tasty and fresh. The whole compound is huge, nice with fresh flowers and very well maintained. Highly recommend to stay here. "

"Everything was fine except the hotels physical address and the address shown on the hotels.com map are not even close. 2 km away from each other. Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. "Just my son and I nice swimming pool dated rooms but no food onsite was a major headache "

"Very clean environment, great staff from front desk to housekeeping. Could use a plumbing services to adjust the Bidet continuously leaking, and get bit more hot water on the pot. Over-all environment very clean, as said before great staff services."
