"Friendly check in staff. I love that there was chili available for Sunday night along with fresh baked cookies. We had our kids with us and enjoyed being in the pool and spa until 10pm. The air conditioner/heater in the room was rattling and made a deep vibration sound so we had to turn it off in the middle of the night. The tub was not cleaned as I filled the tub for my kids I could see hairs and skin debris. Otherwise a comfortable sleep. "
