Great location if you like staying in the centre of a town, not ideal if you don't. Very easy to find but the parking was dire. My room was of good size but needed updating I thought it expensive for what it was. It also was the hottest room I have ever stayed in with a little fan which was less than useless. Food was OK but nothing special. "

Main issue was the self catering equipment was missing basics, but this was resolved by the staff when we asked. A small amount of investment (wine glasses, bottle openers, coffee makers etc) could make it much better. "

Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. "The facilities were much more satisfactory than I expected. I was also satisfied with the elevator, kitchen, and view. However, the bedding smelled like it was not dry and the pillow smelled, so I put on the cover I brought and slept. The pillow cover was fine, but the pillow itself should be washed in hot water or replaced with a new one. Room number 3612"
