"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were great - spacious with everything we needed for our week long stay. Breakfast was varied and very tasty. We didn’t use the restaurant during the day/ evening as Winterthur has excellent dining options. Nothing to do with the hotel, but major roadworks were taking place in Wartstrasse which sometimes made it difficult to enter/ exit the road. However, we explored alternatives and found our way around. "

"Check in nur am Automaten möglich. Eine Karte wurde ausgegebenen, nur die Nummer des Zimmers war unklar. Eine Email hätte kommen sollen um die Zimmer Nummer mitzuteilen .Allerdings ist es für Reisende die aus dem Ausland kommen und kein Internet empfang haben unmöglich eine Email zu bekommen . Bleibt nur an jeder Tür die Karte auszuprobieren. Hoffentlich fällt der Verwaltung dieses Hotel eine eifache lösung den Gästen ihr Zimmernummer mitzuteilen . Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr schön ."

"Bar with Men, people smoking and playing pool. Police came to ask someone to leave, as they had overstayed their welcome. Nicely remodeled. Bathroom was especially well done. Bunch of older local people were regulars. Close to falls. Impression that it was recently converted from a rooming house style place above a bar."

"Pros:location is ok (15 min walk to centre) nice outdoor and restaurant area. Clean. Cons: the room is like a sauna in summer as its so small and is in the roof with a sky light. Overpriced for a bunk bed and shared bathroom. No kitchen. The shower turns off after about a minute but you can just keep pressing the button. "

"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. "We only spent the one night here but this would be perfect place for a longer stay. It has everything you you want. Don’t get me wrong it’s still good for a single nights stay. "Bij het boeken stond gratis parkeren achteraf krijg je te horen dat je moet betalen. Inplaats van dat hij dat netjes aangeeft van te voren hoor je het achteraf. Hetzelfde met internet we vroegen de code maar hij gaf niet aan dat hij dit in rekening zou brengen. Dat bleek ergens op een papiertje te staan.
